What's a doula?

A doula is a member of your birth team that is there to comfort you, support you physically and emotionally as well as be a source of information on birth and beyond.

A Perfect Little Something is a newly established birth and postpartum doula service. Erin Phillips, the owner, is a DONA trained Birth Doula currently pursuing certification, as well as postpartum doula, Birth Education, teen pregnancy and lactation education certification through CAPPA.
